President of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, Luigi Soreca, Head of the EU Delegation and EU Special Representative in BiH and Commander of EUFOR Major General László Sticz, inspected the Jablanica area following recent flooding.
They observed efforts by members of EUFOR’s Multinational Battalion, LOT House Jablanica and the Hungarian Defence Forces military engineers to assist the local population.
President Ursula von der Leyen expressed her thanks to the troops involved. EUFOR continues to stand with the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
