Commander EUFOR Major General László Sticz held a meeting with the Romanian Minister of National Defense H.E. Angel TÎLVĂR and Romanian Deputy Chief Head of Defence for Operations and Training Lieutenant-General Iulian BERDILĂ in Camp Butmir.
They discussed the importance of the Romanian contingent in EUFOR Operation Althea and Commander EUFOR highlighted his appreciation of their contribution. They also discussed the recent municipal elections and EUFOR’s support to the local authorities in BiH to maintain a safe and secure environment.
