Reserve forces of EUFOR from Hungary have arrived to Camp Butmir on 24 August. They will join up with EUFOR in-theatre forces to take part in exercise Quick Response, our annual large-scale training event.
The purpose of this exercise is to demonstrate EUFOR’s readiness and confirm its continued support to its BiH partners in the maintenance of a safe and secure environment (SASE) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During this large-scale training event, EUFOR will be supported by the Armed Forces of BiH (AF BiH) in the conduct of this exercise by providing EUFOR with locations to carry out this training. Welcome to our Hungarian colleagues and look forward to working with them.
