On 24 and 26 August 2024, citizens may experience increased movement activity of EUFOR vehicles on the roads between Klobuk, Metaljka and Svilaj border crossing points and Čapljina and Camp Butmir, Sarajevo.

These movements are in connection with the arrival of EUFOR reserve forces to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the in-theatre EUFOR troops will be temporarily augmented by Austrian, Hungarian and Romanian reserve forces for exercise Quick Response, EUFOR’s annual large scale training event held between 24 August and 16 September 2024. The convoys will include both light and armoured vehicles and will be supported by local police and escorted by international military police.
