More than 100 soldiers from Austria, Belgium, Chile, the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and Türkiye received the Common Security and Defence Policy medal of the European Union’s Operation Althea for their outstanding service in EUFOR.
Based on EUFOR’s mandate established by the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2706, all members of EUFOR are united in the effort in an impartial manner to support [BiH flag]BiH authorities in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
