Vive la France!
EUFOR recently celebrated Bastille Day and the French national week.
The soldiers of EUFOR had the opportunity to learn and experience the national customs and culture of France through the following events:
Military: Wreath laying ceremony, flag raising during opening and closing ceremonies.
Sports: ’Challenge Gaulois’
Culture: Bastille Day Ball & screening of the movie ‘Quai d’Orsay’
Members of EUFOR from all 23 nations participated and enjoyed these events!
