Today, COM EUFOR, Major General László Sticz delivered a keynote speech as part of the Budapest Balkans Forum tour entitled ‘The Role of the International community in ensuring a Safe and Secure environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina’.

In his address COM EUFOR spoke about the primary aims of EUFOR and outlined the six guiding principles which frame EUFOR’s activities in 2024, these include, impartiality, unity, credibility, integrity, cooperation and progress.

Furthermore, he reminded that EUFOR is not the first respondent but supports local authorities in maintaining a safe and secure environment in BiH.
