Today COMEUFOR Major General Helmut Habermayer met with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mrs. Mirjana Marinković-Lepić in Sarajevo. This was their first official introductory meeting and it was conducted in a positive and constructive atmosphere.

EUFOR remains committed to the key objectives of Operation Althea within BiH. By continually engaging with important offices such as the House of Representatives, EUFOR continues to assist in creating the conditions for achieving the long term objective of a stable, viable, peaceful and multi-ethnic BiH leading to a positive European future.
