On Saturday, 4 April, the Deputy Commander of EUFOR Brigadier General Legoza travelled to Banja Luka to attend commemorative events marking Republika Srpska Police Day.
EUFOR’s presence at this event reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting a safe and secure environment for all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In line with its mandate under Operation Althea, EUFOR continues to engage with local authorities and institutions, promoting stability, cooperation, and respect for the rule of law across the country.
Through such engagements, EUFOR reaffirms its role as a credible, impartial force, working in partnership with domestic stakeholders to uphold peace and contribute to long-term security in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
