EUFOR Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Traian Maghercă, visited the Tactical Support Brigade of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Rajlovac, where he was welcomed by the Brigade Commander, Colonel Elvir Faljić.
The visit provided an opportunity for an open exchange on areas where EUFOR and the Armed Forces of BiH already work closely together, as well as on ways to further develop that cooperation. Discussions covered joint training, infrastructure modernisation, mine action activities and other areas of mutual interest.
During the visit, Brigadier General Maghercă also toured the Brigade’s facilities, gaining a closer look at its work, capabilities and responsibilities.
Visits like this are an important part of the everyday cooperation between EUFOR and the Armed Forces of BiH and opportunity to meet in person, share experience and better understand each other’s capabilities and needs on the ground.
