Training never stops for the EUFOR Multinational Battalion.

This week, soldiers of the Italian Company (Esercito) carried out a tactical incident response exercise at Camp Butmir, designed to test their ability to react quickly and effectively during a patrol mission.

The scenario simulated an unexpected incident resulting in a casualty. The troops applied standard intervention procedures, evacuated the injured personnel to safety, and provided first aid in line with operational medical protocols. Meanwhile, the rest of the team secured the area with 360 degree perimeter protection, maintaining full control of the situation.

Exercises like this strengthen teamwork, discipline, and decision making under pressure, all essential elements for maintaining high operational readiness and interoperability within the EUFOR Multinational Battalion.
