The San Marco Marine Brigade brought the heat with a high-energy sports competition at Camp Butmir, rallying every contingent from EUFOR’s Multinational Battalion in BiH!
From beach volleyball to basketball, agility challenges to a thrilling 4x500m relay, the games were all about one thing: unity.
“This kind of initiative is essential for building strong relationships and strengthening the cooperative spirit behind every successful multinational mission,” said the San Marco company commander. “Sport breaks barriers—language, uniforms—it connects us all.”
And connect they did. Whether scoring points or cheering from the sidelines, every participant showed incredible athleticism, determination, and—most importantly—team spirit!
In a mission environment where collaboration is everything, this competition was a powerful reminder that when nations come together, amazing things happen. Huge congrats to the organizers and everyone who took part. You’re all winners in our book!
