Today, 20 November 2025, Operational Commander Lieutenant General Ludovic Pinon de Quincy, together with COM EUFOR Major General Florin Marian Barbu, met with H.E. Luigi Soreca, the EU Special Representative and Head of the EU delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the discussions, the Operational Commander expressed his gratitude for the EUSR’s support and reaffirmed EUFOR Operation Althea’s commitment to assisting BiH institutions in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all citizens.
The meeting also addressed the current security situation in BiH and the important role played by EUFOR.
