It was a busy weekend at Camp Butmir, where soldiers from the EUFOR Multinational Battalion braved tough weather conditions to take part in a speed marching competition organized by the Dutch company.
The event brought together teams from all contingents, offering an excellent opportunity to test physical endurance, coordination, and team spirit.
Participants tackled a challenging route that combined rapid movement across varied terrain with tactical tasks designed to assess teamwork and quick reactions in dynamic situations. The constantly changing weather added an extra layer of difficulty, turning the competition into a true test of resilience and adaptability.
Such activities not only help maintain a high level of military readiness, but also strengthen the bonds between soldiers from different nations serving together under the EUFOR flag.
Through professionalism, determination, and fair play, the soldiers once again demonstrated their commitment to the mission and to the values that define multinational cooperation: unity, respect, and camaraderie.
