As part of EUFOR’s 20 years anniversary activities, Commander of EUFOR Major General László Sticz opened the EUFOR Park. The park opening included the planting of 20 trees and placing of 20 benches to mark EUFOR’s 20 year anniversary.
Major General Sticz, along with Deputy Commander of EUFOR Brigadier General Dal Maso and Chief of Staff of EUFOR Brigadier General Herbert Sailer laid a wreath in the memorial garden of Camp Butmir for those who paid the highest sacrifice in the pursuit of peace.
